Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
